We deliver across Ontario and many parts of Quebec. Your delivery method depends on where you live.

Local Delivery (Our Own Truck)

If you live within approximately 200 km of Mississauga, your order is delivered by our team using our own temperature-controlled delivery vehicle. We will email you to confirm the delivery details and timing.

This local delivery area includes major communities such as: Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Hamilton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, Barrie, Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Brantford, Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, London, Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Peterborough, Kingston, Belleville, Collingwood, Orillia, Midland, Wasaga Beach, Orangeville, Caledon, and surrounding communities throughout Southern and Central Ontario.

Courier Delivery (Insulated Box + Dry Ice)

If you are outside of our local delivery zone, we ship by courier using an insulated box and dry ice to keep everything frozen during transit. This includes the rest of Ontario (including Muskoka, Ottawa, and many communities along Highway 401 from Toronto through Kingston toward Quebec), and most major areas in Quebec, including: Montreal, Laval, Longueuil, Brossard, Terrebonne, Repentigny, Trois-Rivières, Sherbrooke, Drummondville, Gatineau, Quebec City, and Lévis.
