What If I Live In A Condo?

No problem, at all! We are currently observing contactless delivery protocols due to COVID-19 for our localized deliveries - full details will be provided in your delivery confirmation email.

If you aren't home during the delivery time slot we can make arrangements to have your order packed in an insulated box and left with your concierge/front desk if they are accepting food deliveries; or in the designated delivery in your area.

If you are home, we do ask that you meet our driver in the lobby area or in front of your building to pick up your box - please ensure you provide a buzzer code if needed.

For courier deliveries, our courier partners will have their own protocols for delivering your order - please make sure to provide a buzzer code so the courier driver can reach you on arrival.
