COVID Update

We understand the continued uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and the concern of limited supplies at your local grocery store.  Since starting ButcherBox.ca, we’ve worked very closely with our farmers and suppliers to ensure we can deliver the best possible products to you and your loved ones. 

Since the beginning of COVID-19, we've had a tremendous surge in orders and many of you, our great customers are asking if we're still delivering and the answer is yes.  Thanks to our great relationships with our farmers and suppliers, we’re able to source and receive new shipments of beef, pork, chicken and seafood almost every day.  What this means for you is that, at least for the time being, you can order as much as you want and our hard working team will ensure we deliver to you as quickly as possible, from 2 days up to 7 days.  Our dedicated team is working 7 days a week and our deliver truck is on the road from morning till night, Monday through Sunday every week, delivering to as many customers as possible.

We've also implemented contactless delivery protocols to ensure the safety of our customers and our team.  If you live within 1 hour of Mississauga, we'll arrange a delivery date and time frame and deliver your order using our own temperature-controlled delivery van.  Using our delivery software, our driver will even text you when on route to your home or place of work with an ETA.

We still deliver through most of both Ontario and Quebec using third party couriers.  Our courier partners have also implemented their own version of contactless delivery.
