Can I Choose my Delivery Date?
You can choose your delivery frequency, and you can change the processing date of any upcoming order, as long as you do so before the order is processed.
Delivery dates will vary - if we are delivering via our own temperature controlled truck and driver, we will email you with tentative delivery arrangements for a day/date and time frame that we are in your area. If you have specific delivery requests/availability please let us know and we will do all we can to accommodate your needs.
If your order is shipped via one of our major courier partners - courier pick ups are currently scheduled at our facility on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings - with delivery generally expected the next day, barring any delays or extended transit times. This is to ensure we have 3 full days from packing/shipping your order to the weekend - we don't want any product sitting in a courier warehouse over the weekend and spoiling. Timing of the delivery/drop off is in the hands of our courier partner, as it fits into their route for that day. If you have any specific shipping requests please let us know, we will do our best to work with you.
