Lean Ground Chicken
As a healthy, tasty alternative to ground beef, our ground chicken is produced from free run poultry, raised without any added hormones, steroids or antibiotics and fed a vegetarian diet.
Take into consideration the air chilled method we use to eliminate bacteria growth while our chicken is processed – when you cook our ground chicken there will be virtually no water in your pan, no need to drain or worries about diluting the flavours in your recipes. Air chilled chicken is how chicken is meant to taste – you will appreciate the increased flavour, the reduced shrinkage and the fact that ground chicken is lower in saturated fat than ground beef – you can eat healthier but still eat tasty!
