Ingredients
- 2 ButcherBox.ca AAA Top Sirloin Baseball Steak
- 1 bag Selva Black Tiger Shrimp
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons steak seasoning
Method
- Using a paper towel, pat dry steak and cut it into 1-inch pieces. Pat dry shrimp with paper towels
- In a large bowl combine the steak, shrimp, and olive oil; toss to combine. Thread the steak and shrimp onto skewers.
- Place the steak and shrimp kabobs in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook to 400ºF for 3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are cooked through, and steak is done to your preference.
