Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • to zest half a lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package ButcherBox.ca Shrimp
  • 4 pieces ButcherBox.ca salmon

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF/200ºC.
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese in a small bowl with the parsley, dill, old bay, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine. Then stir in the chopped shrimp.
  3. Arrange the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and season with salt and pepper
  4. Make a slit down the center of each fillet, then spoon the shrimp mixture into the slit (it will mound up a little).
  5. Bake for 11-14 minutes, depending on how cooked you like your salmon.
  6. Serve immediately.
