Sausage Broccoli Foil Packets

Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 1 Pack ButcherBox.ca Mild Italian Sausage
- 1 Head Broccoli cut into florets
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. ( or preheat the BBQ)
- Chop broccoli into bite sized pieces. Cut sausage into round slices.
- Combine broccoli and sausage in a large bowl. Top with olive oil, onion powder and garlic salt.
- Create 4 individual foil boats, divide broccoli & sausage into each of the boats.
- Top each with ¼ cup sharp cheddar cheese.
- Close the foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove and garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes.
