- Chicken Burgers
- 1 package ButcherBox.ca Ground Chicken
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1/3 cup ButcherBox.ca Bacon cook and crumbled
- 2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning low-carb
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Creamy BBQ Sauce
- 2 tbsp ButcherBox.ca butter
- 1/2 Onion chopped
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 cup Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce
- 1 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon and 2 tbsp of the Ranch seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 5 evenly sized patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
- Cook the burger patties until evenly browned and cooked through completely. Remove and keep warm
- Wipe the skillet clean.
- Add the butter to the skillet over medium heat.
- Saute the onions in the skillet until softened.
- Whisk in the heavy whipping cream, bbq sauce and 1 tbsp ranch seasoning. Saute until the sauce has thickened.
- Return the burgers to the skillet and toss in the sauce.
