  1. Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium, and melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Simmer the sauce for 4-5 minutes, or until it thickens.
  5. Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce to coat. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, just until warmed through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
