Ingredients and Method

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces ButcherBox.ca Mahi Mahi
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Method

  1. Rinse filets under cold water and allow to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Lightly coat both sides of the filet with olive oil and liberally coat with equal parts of seasoning.
  3. Pre-heat grill to 400°F and place directly on grill grates. Cook 4-5 minutes a side until fully cooked.
  4. The fish is fully cooked when it flakes easily with a fork or when the internal temperature reaches 140-145°F when tested with a meat thermometer.
  5. Remove from grill and place on serving platter. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
