- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, more or less to taste
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large lemon or lime, cut into wedges
Method
- In a small bowl, combine kosher salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, dried thyme, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Dry the mahi mahi fillets with paper towels. Evenly distribute the spice mix over both sides, rubbing it into the fish.

- Remove from heat, squeeze fresh lemon or lime over each fillet, and serve immediately.

- For extra heat, adjust the cayenne pepper to your taste.
- Pair this dish with a fresh salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
