Cooking Instructions: Best results is to thaw completely, preheat the oven to 375, leave covered and cook for 35- 45 minutes, then uncover and continue for another 5 minutes

You can cook from frozen. Preheat oven 325 set lasagna in a shallow pan with 2 centimeters of water for 40 minutes, this will thaw and prevent burning. Once completely thawed, follow regular cooking instructions to finish. You can leave the lasagna in the original pan with the water to finish.
