First, we the cut the freshest whole chicken breast tenderloin, never minced, then we marinate, lightly bread and par fry. These Chicken Fillets can be oven baked, air fried or deep fried to a golden brown. For maximum crunch and flavour, do not microwave
Not just for kids, although we’ve never met a kid who doesn’t like them, these are also great for anyone in the family who wants a quick meal or snack. Our favourite is to air fry them, dip then in your favourite sauce or eat them on their own.
As with all of our products, we work with small, local, family farms and all of our products are fully inspected by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
Cook’s tip - To spice things up, toss them in a buffalo sauce, cut them up and add them to your favourite salad or eat them whole, dipped in blue cheese or ranch. The possibilities are endless.

Cooking instructions: Cook to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
Deep Fryer: Preheat to 180°C (360°F) cook for 5 - 7 minutes and let stand for 1 - 2 minutes before serving.
We also recommend using an air fryer or in the oven until the correct internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) is reached.
