An extremely tasty treat – our lamb chops are 100% grass fed and grass finished, free range, raised without antibiotics, growth hormones or genetically engineered feeds. Our lamb is pure, healthy and clean eating for your good health.

Cooking tip – remove thawed chops from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking, rub lightly with oil, season with salt and pepper and sear in a smoking hot pan on all sides to golden brown. Be sure to rest the lamb on a plate under foil before cutting/serving.
