- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp Rolling Meadows unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese (about 2 oz)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
Method
- Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper. Let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and let it melt.
