Ingredients

  • 2 ButcherBox.ca Chicken Breasts
  • 1/3 cup hot honey
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or thyme, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, and sear 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and almost cooked through.
  2. Reduce heat slightly and add minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in hot honey and red pepper flakes, letting it bubble into a sticky glaze.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon the glaze over each piece until fully coated.
  5. Remove from heat, top with crumbled feta, and garnish with parsley or thyme before serving.
