- 2 ButcherBox.ca Chicken Breasts
- 1/3 cup hot honey
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or thyme, chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, and sear 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and almost cooked through.
- Reduce heat slightly and add minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in hot honey and red pepper flakes, letting it bubble into a sticky glaze.
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon the glaze over each piece until fully coated.
- Remove from heat, top with crumbled feta, and garnish with parsley or thyme before serving.
