- 4 ButcherBox.ca Chicken Breasts
- 2 Limes (Juice & Zest)
- 2 Tsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Dried Cilantro
- ¼ Tsp Ground Ginger
- ¼ Tsp Dried Lemongrass
Method
- Juice and zest the two limes in a large bowl, whisk in the other spices and herbs.
- Place your chicken breasts in the bowl of marinade; rub and mix everything together to coat
- Let the chicken marinate in the fridge for 1-3 hours.
- Heat your grill and grill the chicken breasts for 12-15 minutes on each side, or until the chicken in thoroughly cooked through
