  4. In the same skillet, add butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Cook the mixture over medium heat, whisking continuously, until the sauce thickens slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return the steak bites to the skillet and mix them with the Parmesan cream sauce until they are fully coated and heated through, about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
