- 2 ButcherBox.ca Top Sirloin Steaks cut into 1-inch cubes
- to taste Salt and freshly ground black pepper,
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Rolling Meadows unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Method
- Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the skillet. Cook until the edges are crispy and browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer the cooked steak bites to a plate and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Cook the mixture over medium heat, whisking continuously, until the sauce thickens slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and mix them with the Parmesan cream sauce until they are fully coated and heated through, about 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
