  1. Preheat oven to 375F, line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground sirloin until fully cooked with no pink remaining - breaking into smaller pieces as you cook. Drain any excess fat and remove from heat.
  3. In a glass bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, cream cheese and shredded cheddar, along with salt and pepper until well combined.
  4. Open your can of biscuits and separate - pull them apart through the middle, so you have a top and a bottom.
  5. Use your thumb to make an indentation on the bottom, place a spoonful of ground beef into the divot. Top with some of the cheese mixture - try to leave room for the biscuit halves to cook together. Cover with the other half of the biscuit. Arrange on baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl combine melted butter with grated Parmesan cheese. Brush the top of each biscuit with a generous coating of the Parmesan butter.
  7. Place in preheated oven and bake for 12 - 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving, garnish with chopped parsley.
