Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 12 Dill Pickle Spears
- 1 Package ButcherBox.ca Bacon
- 2 TSP BBQ Dry Rub like John Henry East Texas Rub
Method
- Set smoker at no more than 350 degrees or set airfryer at 375 degrees
- Pat dry the pickle spears
- Wrap pickles with bacon
- Sprinkle BBQ Rub to completely cover each pickle.
- Smoke for approximately 40 mins or until the bacon is cooked.
