  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Avocado oil spray

  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoon hot sauce adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Method

  1. Prep and Coating: Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with a wire rack to ensure even crisping
  2. Set up three separate bowls:
  3. Bowl 1: ½ cup cornstarch for a light, crispy coating.
  4. Bowl 2: 2 eggs, whisked until smooth.
  5. Bowl 3: 2 cups crushed cornflakes mixed with 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper for a flavorful crunch.
