Ingredients and Method

Ingredients

  • 1 LB ButcherBox Ground Sirloin
  • 1 Pack ButcherBox Bacon
  • 1 1/2 Cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/3 Cup ketchup
  • 1 Cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 Tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 Tsp ground black pepper
  • Special Sauce
  • 1 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup letchup
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles minced

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉.
  2. Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  3. Form into tablespoon size balls and place an inch apart on parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve with Special Sauce or your favorite burger condiment.

  6. Combine all ingredients together in mixing bowl. Once completely mixed transfer to a resealable container and refrigerate until ready to use. This will last for 2 weeks in refrigerator.
