- 4 ButcherBox.ca Boneless Pork Chops
- 2 cups apple slices about 2 medium apples, peeled and cored
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup apple cider or apple juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp cold water
Method
- Pat pork chops dry and season with salt and pepper. Brown in a skillet 2 minutes per side
- Place chops in the crockpot and top with apple slices and cranberries.
- Whisk cider, brown sugar, Dijon, and cinnamon; pour over chops.
- Cook on low 4–5 hours or high 2–3 hours until pork reaches 145°F.
- Remove chops and stir cornstarch mixture into sauce. Cook on high 5–10 minutes to thicken.
- Slice chops and spoon sauce over them before serving.
