Can I make changes to my subscription?
Absolutely, you’ll have full access to your account where you can make any change to your subscription, prior to your next order date. If you don't want a subscription, simply select "One Delivery" on the frequency step. If at anytime you’re unsure how, simple call our office at 1-905-593-2648 or email info@butcherbox.ca and we’ll be happy to take care of it for you.
Am I locked into a contract?
Absolutely not. We don’t believe in contracts or commitments therefore we’ve made our program completely flexible which allows you to cancel at anytime prior to your next process date. You can also select "One Delivery" at the frequency and order only as you need.
I work during the day, how would I receive my delivery?
We have 2 methods of delivery, the first is in our own trucks and the second is using a major courier, based on where you live. If you live within 1 hour or so of our Mississauga, Ontario office, we would normally deliver in our own temperature-controlled truck where we deliver into the evening. If you won’t be home during that time, simply let our customer service know during the delivery confirmation and we’ll be able to pack your order in an insulated box and leave it at a safe place of your choosing.
If you live outside of that area, we would ship overnight using a major courier and they would deliver between 8am – 8pm. If nobody is home, they normally leave your order in a safe place or take it back to a nearby access point to be picked up that evening. We pack courier orders using an insulated box and dry ice ensuring everything stays frozen until that evening. If you have any special requests, please let us know and we’ll do everything possible to accommodate.
Do you ship to a condo or apartment?
Absolutely, our customer service team works very hard to make this is as convenient as possible, simply let us know if there is a buzzer code, unit number or if we can even leave it with your concierge.
