Which local farms to you deal with?

We work with a network of small family-style farms around south/southwestern Ontario - many of these farmers have formed their own co-ops to ensure their product is processed in a licensed, HACCP certified, Canadian Food Inspection Agency inspected manner. We work closely with Artisan Farms for beef products, Conestoga for our pork, Pixtar for poultry and Ocean Wise for seafood. Please check out our Sourcing page for more information on our suppliers.
