Is Your Fish Sushi Grade?

Our salmon and our tuna steaks are both sushi grade, as long as the product remains completely frozen until use. While we are not able to recommend consuming any product raw, we have verified with our Ocean Wise supplier that as long as a consistent temperature of frozen if maintained until use, the products are both sushi grade.
