Can I Choose How Often My Order Will Be Delivered?

Yes, we’ve designed this site with differing frequency needs in mind.   

When you place your first order, if it is any order other than our "Stock up and Save", you can select 3, 4, 5 or even 6 weeks as your renewal period. If you would like a frequency other than those listed, please go ahead and place your order then either email Customer Service or call us at 905-593-2648 and we can make the change for you.

When you choose our Stock up and Save box you can choose from 10, 11, 12 or 13 weeks for renewal - if you want a different renewal period you can go ahead and place your order then contact Customer Service or call us and we'll be happy to make the change for you.

If at anytime you need your order frequency changed, maybe every 3 weeks instead of every 4, simply email or call our office with the revised frequency that you would like, and we'll take care of it for you.
