Resolutions - Good or Bad?

Far too often, year after year - we get to mid January and think - oh well, another bunch of resolutions gone by the wayside.... but it really doesn't have to be that way!  Why not make resolutions that are different, that set achievable goals - baby steps.  Instead of making over the top promises to ourselves, let's work on small things, first - because enough small goals accomplished will quickly add up to larger goals!
